At OPTIMA SALON SUITES, our mission is to provide high-quality, hip, individual salon space enabling salon professionals to successfully own and operate their businesses. We offer you the ability to own your own business and control your work environment without the large capital requirement and associated risk of opening a traditional salon. Additionally, you can concentrate on servicing your clients versus managing other salon professionals. OPTIMA SALON SUITES™ was founded in 2004 as a High-End Executive Office Operation, we opened our first OPTIMA SALON SUITES™ location at Mission Viejo Mall in Oct 2017 and currently have seven locations around the Southern California area. We continue to expand the number of company owned locations in California.

Additionally, we are actively growing OPTIMA SALON SUITES™ in other states on a Business Opportunity basis, we offer all the support that our Business Opportunity Owners would need to open their own location and manage, at Optima Business Opportunity we will offer financing from $250,000 to $500,000 to qualified applicant for up to 10 years term.

At OPTIMA SALON SUITES™ Studio Business Opportunity you will receive support across many fronts, from initial site selection, through the establishment of our Salon Property Management System and tenant database systems to operating and marketing your business. All our Business Opportunity owners will receive comprehensive support and guidance in all aspects of ‘Business life’ and is regularly updated based on the market growing needs.

Site Selection & Design: We assist our Business Owners in growing their businesses with assistance in:

  1. Lease negotiations
  2. Demographic studies
  3. Site evaluation and selection
  4. Studio design and space utilization
  5. Engineering and space planning
  6. General contractor selection
  7. Construction specifications and ordering of fixtures and other equipment


Additionally, we have developed construction and development assistance plans, which address design, décor and equipment selection to build locations that project a positive image to customers as well as a safe and comfortable environment for your tenants.

We are seeking qualified individuals to become OPTIMA SALON SUITES™ Business Opportunities Owners, either for single or multiple locations. We are looking for individuals with a Demonstrated ability to lead and have good business sense and a track record of success in whatever they are doing, a business, real estate, or salon background is not necessary.

You will also need:

  1. A strong desire to succeed, to contribute to a winning team and be prepared to work hard to achieve success.
  2. Personal integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
  3. The willingness to follow a proven system.
  4. The necessary financial resources and good credit, at OPTIMA OPPRTINITY we don’t charge upfront fees, but if you are qualify we will finance your OPTIMA SALON SUITE location, a typical initial investment can range from $500,000 to $950,000 of which up to 50% can be financed with OPTIMA LENDING GROUP or your bank, you can take advantage of OPTIMA LENDING GROUP to finance portion of your investment for up 10 years and also in most cases you will receive some Tenant Improvement Allowance from your Landlord to invest in to the space you are renting to build your OPTIMA SALON SUITES.
